• Cookies: Only functional cookies required for the Service to operate

We do NOT sell your data. We do not share your personal or financial data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

• Database Hosting: Neon (PostgreSQL) - stores your data securely
• Email Service: Resend - sends transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• Analytics: Google Analytics - tracks page views on marketing pages only (not in the app)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for:

• Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and app functionality
• Analytics Cookies: Used ONLY on our landing/marketing pages (not in the app) to understand visitor behavior

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels within the application.

• Secure database hosting with Neon

How to Exercise Your Rights

To request access to your data, delete your account, or export your data, please contact us at support@zerosum.so. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Note: Self-service account deletion and data export features are currently in development and will be available in a future update.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

Zerosum is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your data receives adequate protection.
